VILLAGE HALL HOURS
In an ongoing effort to reduce the potential spread of coronavirus, Village Hall will be closed to the public until further notice. If you have an urgent matter, please email the clerk at email@example.com or call 516-621-0368 (option 1). We will be checking e-mails and phone messages frequently and strongly encourage residents and businesses to conduct essential business with the village by e-mail, phone and through regular mail.
The Village will continue to collaborate with our local, state, and federal health officials and follow their recommendations. We would like to thank our community for your resilience, care and cooperation as we get through this challenging time together.
BUILDING PERMITS & CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY
Due to the exceedingly serious health crisis, all interior building activity and interior inspections are suspended effective Friday, March 20th, 2020 at 5:00 pm. All affected building permits will be frozen at that time. If you have an emergency you must notify the Village Clerk at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please leave your name and address along with your e-mail and telephone contact information. The Building Inspector has full discretion as to what constitutes an emergency. These measures are temporary and do not waive the requirements for State mandated building inspections. For now exterior work may continue. Please check the Village website frequently for updates.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING - MARCH 24, 2020

As per Governor Cuomo Executive Order, village elections are delayed statewide until April 28, 2020.
As part of our ongoing efforts to reduce courthouse traffic to combat spread of the coronavirus, and protect the health and safety of our staff and public, and consistent with recent actions of Governor Cuomo to limit large public gatherings, the Unified Court System announced that effective immediately village court will be closed until further notice. We will continue to update this website as new information is available.
Please be aware that while the playground at Village Hall will remain opened, use of it will be at your own risk. The playground it is not sanitized on a daily basis, we strongly urge you to take precautionary measures.
